FIFA 16 is set to release 22 September in US and on 25th worldwide so we are
around 2 months away
from the official release as EA Sports has unveiled the game with all
new features and gameplay videos. The graphic wise the game will be
pretty much the same like last year but from the looks of things ea
sports has tweaked the gameplay alot more than normal and that is
exactly what the franchise fans want. The defending system has got a few
upgrades with ability to tackle “pace abusers” some redefined sliding
tackles and of course new shooting system. You can read the in-depth new
features on our
FIFA 16 vs PES 2016 comparison page.
This time of the year fans usually start looking for leaked ratings
of games super stars and anticipate the increase/decrease on ratings of
star players. We take a look at possible 10 highest rated players in
FIFA 16. Lionel Messi had a great season with Barcelona winning treble
and also reaching Copa America final so he is likely to be the highest
rated player closely followed by Cristiano Ronaldo who also had a great
season personally scoring around 60 goals in 2014-15 season. While
players like Eden Hazard, Paul Pogba, Arthur Vidal, De Gea, Alexis
Sanchez, Neymar, Suarez, Pique are all set to get rating increases.
Lionel Messi – 94
Again on the cover and had an incredble season both with the team and
on individual performances wise. Winning Champions League, La Liga and
the copa del rey to complete the treble he played the major role and
also helped Suarez and Neymar having a great season with his unselfish
play.
Cristiano Ronaldo – 93
Ronaldo had superb season as far as his personal performances been
concerned, he managed to outscore Lionel Messi for the second season in a
row but failed to win any trophy with Real Madrid. Since Messi is on
the cover and selling point of EA Sports I can’t see him getting higher
ranking than Messi.
Manuel Neuer – 90
The best keeper in the world at the moment and he has proved for his
worth with both Bayern Munich and Germany in the last two years. I can
see him easily touching 90 and he has to as he is the best in his
position. So he will definitely touch 90 in FIFA 16
Luis Suarez – 90
After having incredible season with Liveprool in 2013-14 season he
transferred to Barcelona where after a decent start in the first half of
the season he exploded with both goals and assits and helped Barcelona
win treble with his consistent performances.
Eden Hazard – 90
Chelsea never dominated Premier League games in 2014-15 season but
they kept on winning the games largely down to great defense and
individual brilliance of Eden Hazard. I regard him one of the top 5 best
players in the world and the best in Premier League.
Robben – 90
Very consistent performer with Bayern Munich and his pace and awkward
dribbling style always makes life difficult for defenders. He finished
as best player at Bayern Munich at the end of 2014-15 season and will
surely get 90 rating in FIFA 16.
Arthur Vidal – 89
Absolute gem of a player who has been a key player for Juventus and
his performances with Chile in the Copa America would not go unnoticed
where he guided Chile to their first ever Copa America title and also
helped Juventus winning the league, Italian cup and reaching final of
champions league.
Neymar – 88
A future top rated player but for now he will be rated around 88
after superb season with Barcelena and played his part inside holy
trinity of Barce (Messi, Neymar, Suarez). He is also fast approaching to
be the highest scorer in Brazil history at the tender age of just 23.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic – 88
A decent season with PSG winning the domestic double, french league
and cup and scored enough goals to justify his star name. He is no
longer one of the top 5 best players in the world but should keep his
rating of 88 but next season might be his last at the highest level.
James Rodriguez – 87
There will be quite a few players rated 87 in FIFA 16 with the likes
of James Rodriguez, Sergio Aguero, Gareth Bale, De Gea, Paul Pogba and a
few more but James Rodriguez comes with star quality who might be on
the cover of FIFA in a few years time.
