Spiritual growth is a process of shedding our wrong and unreal concepts, thoughts, beliefs and ideas, and becoming more conscious and aware of our inner being. This process uncovers the inner spirit that is always present, but hidden beyond the ego-personality.
Spiritual growth is the process of inner awakening, rising of the consciousness beyond the ordinary existence, and awakening to some Universal truths. It means going beyond the mind and the ego and realizing who you really are.
Spiritual growth is of great importance for everyone, in all walks of life.
Spiritual growth is the basis for a better and more harmonious life for everyone, a life free of tension, fear, and anxiety. It helps us learn not to let circumstances and people affect our inner being and state of mind. It helps us manifest composure and detachment, and display inner power and strength, which are useful and important tools that everyone needs.
Spiritual growth is not a means for escaping from responsibilities, behaving strangely and becoming an impractical person. It is a method of growing and becoming a stronger, happier and more responsible person.
A balanced life requires that we take care not only of the necessities of the body, feelings and mind, but also of the spirit, and this is the role of spiritual growth.

10 Tips for Spiritual Growth
1. Read spiritual and uplifting books. Think about what you read, and find out how you can use the information in your life.
2. Meditate for at least 15 minutes every day. If you do not know how to meditate, it is easy to find books, websites or teachers who can teach you meditation.
3. Learn to make your mind quiet through concentration exercises and meditation.
4. Acknowledge the fact that you are a spirit with a physical body, not a physical body with a spirit. If you can really accept this idea, it will change your attitude towards many things in your life.
5. Look often into yourself and into your mind, and try to find out what is it that makes you feel conscious and alive.
6. Think positive. If you find yourself thinking negatively, immediately switch to thinking positively. Be in control of what enters your mind. Open the door for the positive and close it for the negative.
7. Develop the happiness habit, by always looking at the bright side of life and endeavoring to be happy. Happiness comes from within. Do not let your outer circumstances decide your happiness for you.
8. Exercise often your will power and decision making ability. This strengthens you and gives you control over your mind.
9. Thank the Universe for everything that you get.
10. Develop tolerance, patience, tact and consideration for others.
Spiritual growth is the birthright of everyone. It is the key to a life of happiness and peace of mind, and the manifesting the enormous power of the inner spirit.
This spirit is equally present within the most material person, and within the most spiritual person. The level of the manifestation of spirituality is dependent on how much the inner spirit is close to the surface, and on how much it is hidden by our thoughts, beliefs and negative habits.

Tuesday 14 June 2016
According to a report in the Daily Star,
Leicester City will demand £30m for Arsenal target Riyad Mahrez should
the attacker reject an improved contract worth £100,000-a-week.
Mahrez was one of Leicester’s star players last season with his 17
goals and 10 assists helping to fire them to an unlikely Premier League
title which landed him the PFA Player of the Year award.
Arsenal have been strongly linked with a move for the 25-year-old in recent weeks with Sky Sports Italia journalist Tancredi Palmeri claiming last week that we’d tabled an opening £25m offer.
The likes of Manchester United and Barcelona have also been credited
with an interest and this led to Mahrez admitting that he was flattered
to be linked with such clubs and refused to rule out a move.
When asked about reported interest from Arsenal, United and Barca, Mahrez is quoted by the Mirror as saying:
“It is flattering to hear, as I said nothing is agreed, nothing is done,”
“We will see… For the moment I have not made a decision. We will see.
It is possible that I stay, it is possible that I leave. We will see.”
It looks like Leicester have acted swiftly to try and persuade Mahrez
to snub interest from the likes of Arsenal and remain at the King Power
as the Daily Star are reporting that the Foxes have offered him a new deal worth £100,000-a-week.
Should the Algerian international turn it down, the newspaper
suggests that Leicester will reluctantly sell. However, it looks like
we’ll have to dig a little deeper if we want to land Mahrez as it’s
reported that the champions will demand £30m for his signature.
Fair play to Leicester for trying there best to keep hold of him, and
it might work, but I have a feeling Mahrez will leave this summer.
He’ll be able to get at least £100,000-a-week at Arsenal or United so I
think we’ll see him move later in the window if a club is willing to
meet their reported £30m asking price.
That’s just £5m more than we’re believed to have offered and let’s be
honest, Mahrez is worth £30m in today’s over-inflated transfer market,
and I hope we’re willing to go that extra mile to land him as he’d be a
superb addition.
If we can sign Mahrez, I think we’ll see Theo Walcott leave as he
lost his place in Wenger’s team last season and the Algerian will just
push him further down the pecking order.
Arsene Wenger is set to make Paris Saint-Germain's Edinson Cavani his
number one striker target if Jamie Vardy decides against a move to the
Emirates.
The Daily Express say Cavani will leave PSG this summer and is interested in a move to the Premier League.
The Uruguayan has been frequently linked with a move to Arsenal in the past but a concrete bid has never materialised.
Cavani, 29, scored 25 goals in 52 appearances for Laurent Blanc's side this season.
Morata coy on future
Spain striker Alvaro Morata has refused to comment on his club future until after the Euros.
The
Juventus man has been linked with potential moves to Manchester United
and Arsenal but he is currently fully focused on playing well for his
country in France.
"I'm relaxed because I am under contract with Juve and I feel
very at home there. I am a Juve player until someone says otherwise,"
he said.
"This tournament is important for me, and also for my
team mates. It's a dream to be here and that's why I've been able to
clear my mind and think only about the Euros."
Parlour: Vardy appears to have made a U-turn
Ray Parlour has claimed Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy pulled the plug on a move to Arsenal after a dramatic change of heart, writes Matt Lewis.
The
Foxes goal-machine looked to be on his way to the Emirates after Arsene
Wenger met a £20million release clause in the striker’s contract, but
the deal then appeared to stall as Vardy jetted off to Euro 2016 with
the England squad as his future hung in the balance.
And former Gunners
midfielder Parlour believes the club’s chances of snaring the forward
have now evaporated after the Leicester hitman made a U-turn.
“It looks like it isn’t happening now," Parlour told talkSPORT. "I was at the Arsenal
the other day and there were big reports flying around, and the club’s
cameramen and digital staff had to get down to the training ground.
"So
it looked like it was going to happen - there was a medical being done.
But it seems Vardy thought about it while on England duty, and suddenly
there was a U-turn."
Giroud defended by France teammate
Patrice Evra has mounted a staunch defence of much-maligned France star Olivier Giroud, writes Jack Lang.
The striker remains a divisive figure, both among Arsenal fans and those following Les Bleus at Euro 2016 this summer, many of whom feel that he lacks the killer instinct required to fire a side to major honours.
Giroud is Didier Deschamps' first choice in attack, but largely by default, having stepped into the starting XI in the wake of Karim Benzema's off-field travails.
The 29-year-old was booed by France fans during a
pre-tournament friendly against Cameroon and there were groans at the
Stade de France when he spurned three presentable opportunities to open
the scoring against Romania.
But Giroud did eventually find the
net with a towering header, meaning he has now scored eight goals in his
last eight games for Les Bleus – a record Evra believes France fans should respect.
"Unfortunately, people compare him a lot to others," said Evra after Friday's victory. "But he is there to score goals. That's what I tell him: concentrate on what you know.
"It's he who unblocked the match for us. We're really behind him.
"When
I hear people whistling Olivier, it's like they are whistling me as
well. We are very united, so when they do that, they are whistling the
whole France side."
Ricardo Rodriguez got off to a winning start for Switzerland at Euro 2016, following weeks of speculation linking him with a transfer to Arsenal.
The Wolfsburg left-back played 90 minutes for his national side as they overcame ten-man Albania in their first game of Group A.
And if he’s got winning a big move in the back of his mind at this tournament, he’s done himself no harm this afternoon.
Here’s our scout report on Rodriguez from his first game at the Euros…
What he did well
While it wasn’t the most convincing performance all round from the
Swiss, it’s easy to see why Rodriguez is so highly rated. Left-backs
don’t often stand out in matches unless they’re something special, but
the 23-year-old really caught the eye.

It was a bright start from Rodriguez, as his superb wing play helped
set up the opening goal in the first five minutes. Showing great touch
and skill to beat his opposite full-back, the wide-man got a cross in
that eventually led to a corner.
As a result, Xherdan Shaqiri then set up Fabian Schar for the opener.
And while 1-0 against Albania is far from the most impressive
scoreline, it proved to be enough for a crucial three points.
Rodriguez continued to show himself to be a threat going forward
throughout the game. And unlike many attack-minded full-backs, his game
isn’t just about pace and crossing on the overlap – he likes to drift
centrally, showing great composure and awareness to create chances that
his team-mates couldn’t take on the day.
What he did badly
Of course, for one so inclined to bomb forward, Rodriguez is not
without his faults, and he did seem a little too advanced on more than
one occasion, with many of Albania’s most dangerous attacks coming on
his side.
He was also lucky to get away without a card for a rash challenge in
the first half, charging into a player in the opponent’s half when there
was little to no danger. While many Arsenal fans would love players
with more battling qualities, he might need to keep his cool a bit more
if he is to become the elite full-back he’s capable of being.
What the future holds
Rodriguez himself has said it’s ‘unrealistic’ that he’ll still be at Wolfsburg next season, but where could he end up?

Arsenal have reportedly shown the strongest interest in the defender,
but he has previously caught the eye of other top clubs such as Manchester United and Real Madrid.
Although Kieran Gibbs is likely to be leaving, it remains to be seen
if Arsenal would really pay big money to sign a left-back when they
already have the highly dependable Nacho Monreal as first choice in that
position.
Still, it has been revealed that Rodriguez has a release clause in his contract,
thought to be worth around £18million or £20million, depending on the
source. In the modern game, that’s not too bad for such a proven player,
and Arsenal would be wise to show that bit of ambition to push the deal
through.
The Gunners will just have to hope the likes of United and Real
Madrid don’t also decide they need a big-name signing at left-back as
well this summer.

Szczesny has admitted he would be open to remaining at Roma next season,
while Arsenal are also happy to extend his stay there for another year
before bringing him back to the Emirates in the 2017/18 campaign.
But, according to Gazzetta dello Sport,
Roma are interested in signing Szczesny only on a permanent deal and it
is understood the club have been put off by the Gunners' asking price.
Internacional goalkeeper Alisson is also reportedly being monitored by Roma
Roma are willing to negotiate a lower offer with Arsenal, thought to be around £10m.
But
if the two clubs fail to reach an agreement, the Italians will switch
their attentions to signing Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson from
Internacional.
Mesut Ozil will discuss a new Arsenal deal after Euro 2016
Mesut Ozil is happy at Arsenal and will discuss a new contract with the club after Euro 2016.

Newspaper reports on Thursday suggested Ozil had delayed talks with the Gunners.
The

Ozil has two years left on his contract
Sky Sports News HQ understands the Germany international and
the club had always intended to negotiate a new deal after the
conclusion of Euro 2016, and not before.
While in Dubai last week,
Ozil said: "I still have two years contract with Arsenal, as you know,
and we will be in talks with the club and we'll see what happens in the
future.
"But as I said, now I'm concentrating on Euro 2016 in
France, which is very important for me and my team after the last World
Cup. Then later on, I will see what I do with Arsenal."
